Our promise to you; we will always source ethical products, focus on reducing waste, minimum to no packaging, reusing and repurposing. We have high quality standards and hand prepare all of your orders with love, we hope you enjoy them as much as we did making them for you and your loved ones.

Order Process
Due to every product being hand crafted for you; please allow 3-7 business days to process orders. Shipping will take an additional 1-7 days depending where you are having products sent to, and shipping method selected at checkout. 

*If you need your order rushed or prioritized for a holiday/gift please add it in the notes we can always try to accommodate!*

 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original buyer.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@ksenseco.com and send your item to: K Sense Co, 150 Green St, Worcester MA 01604, United States. Please wait for our team's response before shipping back items. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns can be made in person at our 150 Green St Worcester location or by mail. Please note if you return a package you will be responsible for all shipping & handling cost associated with the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note due to the customization of most of our products very few things can actually be returned. Currently only the following items are eligible for return:

  • Reusable Tote Bags
  • Stocked Candles (not if customized)
  • Stocked Accessories (not if customized)
  • Clothing

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Customized Items (ie. candles, jewelry)
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Intimate or Personal Care items (ie. our soaps, lip balms, straws)

Shipping your Returns 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: K Sense Co, 150 Green St, Worcester MA 01604, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days could be longer depending on your financial institution/


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
